We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened bottles. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or issue a refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

All content on this site, including our name, logo, label art, product names, text, graphics, and images, is owned by Bradshaw Sauce Co. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, scraping content, or introducing malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for any conduct that violates these Terms.

Our site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our sauces contain chili peppers and other ingredients that may cause discomfort; please review ingredients and consume responsibly, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bradshaw Sauce Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bradshaw Sauce Co. and its owners and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
