Our version of a DC Classic! Mumbo has a deep history in Washington D.C. going back as far as the 1950s. Mumbo/Mambo sauce recipes vary from every carry-out joint as much as the spelling does. This is our take, our love letter to a favorite condiment. A tomato-based sauce bolstered with a sweet tang of pineapple and a serious bite from a helping of Habaneros.
